- How are credits calculated?
- Credits for one generation are our actual cost in dollars, times 35, carried at full precision and never rounded up. The number sits on the Generate button before you confirm.
- Is there a price for a whole episode?
- No. Nowhere in the product shows an episode price. You spend credits generation by generation, whether that generation is a video shot, an image, or a voice line.
- How many credits does a free account get?
- 40, granted once and not renewed, locked to the cheapest model stack, which is enough to actually generate video.
- Do unused plan credits roll over?
- No. Plan credits reset at the end of each billing cycle. Credits bought separately as a top-up last 90 days from the day you buy them.
- Do retakes cost credits?
- Yes. A retake is priced the same as the original generation, on every plan. The one exception: a generation that fails because of something on our side is refunded automatically within 60 seconds.
- How many generation models can I pick from?
- 67 today, and you pick the model per shot; the price moves with your choice.
- Can every paid plan use every model?
- Yes. Every paid tier gets every buyable model. Only a free account is locked to the cheapest stack.
- Does the cast drift between shots?
- No. Characters are reference-locked so the same face carries through the whole episode, which is the one thing this whole product is built around getting right.
- Can I generate a real, named person?
- No. The moderation gate blocks any prompt aimed at a real, identifiable person, with no exceptions.
- Which languages does Minicut support?
- English and Simplified Chinese today, each at its own address. We never switch your language for you based on where you are browsing from.
- What does the Entry plan cost?
- $16/month for 350 credits.
