Questions
- How do credits work?
- Every generation costs credits at its own model rate, and that number sits on the Generate button before you confirm it. There is no episode total anywhere.
- Does the yearly plan renew on its own?
- Yes, and you can switch it off in billing at any time. You keep everything you have already paid for until that period ends.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Plan credits reset each billing period. Top-up credits are different: they last 90 days from the day you buy them.
- How do I buy extra credits?
- Three packs, from the billing page. Top-up credits sit on top of your plan, and the plan credits are spent first.
- Do I lose credits on a failed generation?
- Not if the failure is on our side: that refunds automatically within 60 seconds, as a visible row. A retake you ask for is a new generation and is billed like one.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, up or down, at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated; a downgrade starts at the next billing period.
The small print
- Minicut runs in a web browser. There is no phone app yet.
- Every price is set in US dollars and your card is charged in US dollars, whatever currency the page shows.
- Your plan sets how many generations run at the same time. Anything past that waits its turn, and waits longer when a lot of people are generating at once.
- What you write and upload stays yours. We do not train AI models on your work, and we do not let our providers train on it either.
Refunds
Inside 14 days, with 100 credits or fewer spent since the payment, the refund is automatic and you do not have to ask anyone. Past that, tell us and a person reads it. Credits that have already run cannot come back, because that money is already at the model providers.
