Minicut is operated by Arkzero, Inc., a corporation incorporated in Delaware, United States. You can reach us at team@arkzero.ai. These documents are governed by Delaware law, and any dispute that reaches a court is heard in Delaware, unless a law that protects you says otherwise.

Your email address, sign-in method, the prompts and uploads you give us, the credit and billing history on your account, and basic product-usage data: which screens you open, which buttons you press, and how a page performs.

To generate your episode, your prompts and uploads are sent to the AI providers that do the actual generation. As of this document's effective date those providers are fal (United States) for video, image, voice and music, and Replicate (United States) for script drafting and lip sync. Providers only marked as buyable in our catalogue are actually used; a provider we have listed but cannot yet buy from does not receive your content.

Your files are stored with Cloudflare R2. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Sign-in is handled by Supabase. Product analytics runs through PostHog, and errors are tracked with Sentry, so we can see what broke without needing your account details repeated to us. Sign-in email is sent through Resend.

None of these providers may train their own models on your content. That promise is part of our contract with them, and it is also the promise we make to you.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, plus PostHog for product analytics, which can include recording how you interact with a screen so we can see and fix what does not work. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain uses of it. Email team@arkzero.ai and we do it for you. Deleting your account deletes your generated content and your prompt history, aside from records we are required by law to keep, such as billing history.

Minicut is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

If we add a new AI provider or a new sub-processor that handles your content, we update this page and the date at the top of it.
