Acceptable Use Policy

You may not generate a video or image of a real, identifiable person, alive or recently deceased. That includes public figures, celebrities, and anyone described specifically enough that only one real person fits the description. That includes naming a real person in a prompt, and describing someone as "looking like" or "styled as" a named person. You are responsible for what you type into a prompt and for what you do with what comes back.

Fictional characters are not real people. A generic description, an age, a build, a look, is not a real person. This rule exists because our AI providers require it of every application built on their models, and because generating a real person's likeness without consent creates real legal exposure for you.

Sexual content involving anyone who is or appears to be a minor, with zero tolerance and an immediate ban.

Non-consensual intimate imagery of anyone, real or claimed-fictional.

Content presented as real footage of a real event, including fake news broadcasts or fake statements attributed to real organizations.

Content targeting a specific identifiable private individual for harassment.

Gratuitous gore, torture, animal abuse, or content promoting terrorism or extremism.

Content that instructs or encourages self-harm or suicide.

Content that facilitates a crime, or that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or publicity rights, including recreating a copyrighted scene shot for shot.

Attempts to bypass the moderation gates, automated abuse, or reselling raw access to the generation models behind Minicut.

Removing, cropping out, or concealing the label that signals AI-generated content, the minicut.ai mark on a free export, or the content-credentials record.

You can be inspired by anything. Genres are not owned, and neither are tropes: the fake marriage, the secret heir, the revenge return, belong to everybody. What you cannot do is remake a specific show: the same story beat for beat, the same characters and names, presented in a way that would make a viewer think it is that show. Changing the names alone is not enough if everything else is the same.

We do not review every generation before it runs, so staying inside this policy is on you. When we find a violation, or somebody reports one, a violation involving a real person, a minor, or non-consensual imagery is an immediate, permanent ban with no warning. Other violations follow the suspension process described in the Terms of Service.
