Affiliate Program Terms

The programme is for creators who post about AI video, filmmaking or short drama. We read your posts, not your follower count. We can decline an application, and we can remove an affiliate from the programme, at our discretion. You must be 18 or older and able to receive payment in your own name.

You keep a share of the recurring revenue from a customer you referred, every time they pay, for 3 months from their first payment: 20% on Entry and 20% on Plus. If they pay for a whole year at once, you are paid once, on the whole year: 20% on Entry and 20% on Plus. Pro and Studio are outside the programme at the moment and pay no commission. A custom studio deal we close with a studio you introduced pays 3% of its first invoice, once.

A customer counts as yours when they sign up within 90 days of opening your link and then pay for a plan. Credit top-ups do not count; only plans do. Your share is calculated on the amount after sales tax or VAT, which we collect on behalf of a government and which was never our revenue.

You cannot refer yourself, your own workspace, or another account on your own email. A referral that turns out to be you does not count, and repeated attempts end your place in the programme.

We add up what you earned in a month and send it 15 days after that month ends, once your balance is over $20. Below that, the balance carries over to the next month. Before the first payment we collect a tax form from you, and where the law requires it we file what you were paid.

You are responsible for your own tax on what you earn. Payments are made in US dollars; your bank or payment provider sets any conversion.

If a customer you referred gets a refund or disputes the charge with their bank, the share you earned on that payment comes back off your balance, and that customer stops counting from then on. Nothing else you earned is affected. Money from a sale stays on hold until the refund window for that sale has passed.

Share your link anywhere you post in your own name: videos, threads, a newsletter, a course, a community you run. Say that it is an affiliate link where the platform or the law asks you to.

You may not buy ads on our name. If you bid on MiniCut, Minicut or any misspelling of it in Google, Bing, YouTube or any other ad network, you are out of the programme. We buy those ads ourselves and we would be bidding against you.

No coupon, deals, cashback or discount sites. No spam, no bought traffic, no misleading claims about what MiniCut does or costs. Nothing that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy.

You can leave the programme at any time, and we can end your place in it for a breach of these terms. Money you have earned up to that day is still paid on the normal schedule, unless it was earned by breaking these terms. We can change the rates and rules for future referrals with 30 days notice; a change never reduces what a customer you already referred pays you for the rest of their window.
